The QC Staff will monitor production processes and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.<\/li>\n\n<li>Monitor production processes and provide feedback to ensure products are made in accordance with quality standards.<\/li>\n\n<li>Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.<\/li>\n\n<li>Record and document any quality issues and work with the production team to resolve them.<\/li>\n\n<li>Prepare and submit quality control reports.<\/li>\n\n<li>Assist in developing and improving quality control systems.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.<\/li>\n\n<li>Conduct product testing and analysis to identify areas of improvement.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Quality Control, Industrial Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n<li>Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n<li>Familiarity with QC tools and techniques.<\/li>\n\n<li>Good communication
