The successful candidate will handle various accounting tasks, ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the company.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.<\/li>\n\n<li>Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax reports.<\/li>\n\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.<\/li>\n\n<li>Monitor and control expenses and revenues to ensure they align with the company\u2019s financial plan.<\/li>\n\n<li>Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data.<\/li>\n\n<li>Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.<\/li>\n\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.<\/li>\n\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.<\/li>\n\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).<\/li>\n\n<li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a team.<\/li>\n\n<li>Excellent communication and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n<li>Knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and regulations is an advantage.<\/li><\/ul><h3
