Job Description:
Nam Vang Ha Nam Polyester Staple Fiber Joint Stock Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Staff to join our finance team. The successful candidate will handle various accounting tasks, ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and control expenses and revenues to ensure they align with the company’s financial plan.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
