Job Description:
Nam Vang Ha Nam Polyester Staple Fiber Joint Stock Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Admin to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process and handle administrative tasks related to human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary screenings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in creating job descriptions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documents and databases are accurate and up to date.
- Handle correspondence related to employment matters, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Maintain confidential employee information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Vietnam is an advantage.
