Job Description:
Nam Vang Ha Nam Polyester Staple Fiber Joint Stock Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Staff (Quality Control) to ensure the high quality of our polyester staple fiber products. The QC Staff will monitor production processes and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Monitor production processes and provide feedback to ensure products are made in accordance with quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
- Record and document any quality issues and work with the production team to resolve them.
- Prepare and submit quality control reports.
- Assist in developing and improving quality control systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct product testing and analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Control, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with QC tools and techniques.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality management systems is an advantage.
